SmartRedux是Sepax上滿常運用的減量軟體，主要功能是全自動、封閉式地將血品分離成Bufft Coat、血漿、紅血球並分裝至不同血袋以利後續使用，與Sepax其他減量軟體相比SmartRedux能夠允許處理的血品容量範圍更廣(30 – 3300 mL)，這使得它特別適用在骨髓、全血分離使用。SmartRedux常見的使用場景像是ABO血型不相符移植、Buffy Coat濃縮、癒後血漿療法。
與SmartRedux搭配使用的耗材是CS-490.1，耗材是一次性使用採無菌包裝。CS-490.1耗材上自帶兩個血袋是用來裝分離後的血漿與紅血球，Buffy Coat袋則需由使用者自行選配轉換袋(Transfer bag)或是抗凍袋(Cryobag)。使用SmartRedux時只需先將輸入血品以及Buffy Coat成品袋連接到CS-490.1耗材上(透過Spike或是無菌導管接合器)，再將耗材安裝至Sepax上，就能在觸控螢幕一鍵啟動程序，整個流程簡單、功能封閉且產生可重現的結果。我們可以從底下Cytiva應用團隊的介紹影片瞭解更多有關SmartRedux的使用與優勢。
